Custom DTF Gang Sheets

A DTF Gang Sheet is a large sheet that contains multiple designs grouped together for printing. This method helps optimize resources by fitting multiple images onto a single sheet, reducing material waste and production costs.

You can create a gang sheet with any design program like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.com. Here's how to do it:
- Set your artboard to be 22 inches wide. The length will vary based on how many designs or logos you want to include.
- Set the resolution to 300 DPI, and the color mode is RGB.
- Upload your images to your chosen design program. For the best print quality, use vector images.
- Adjust each logo or image to the needed size and replicate as required.
- Save your gang sheet as a PNG file with a transparent background.

We accept PNG files as the preferred format, but we also accept PSD (Photoshop) and AI (Illustrator) files. All files should be high resolution (300 DPI or higher) for the best print quality.

Yes! Gang Sheets allow you to place multiple designs on a single sheet, making them a cost-effective option for printing various designs in one order.

DTF transfers work well on cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, and synthetic fabrics. They can also be applied to tote bags, caps, hoodies, sweatshirts, and even non-fabric materials like canvas and thin wood.

Follow these steps for DTF transfer gang sheets printing:
- Ensure the material is clean and dry.
- Pre-press the fabric to remove moisture.
- Press the transfer at 300°F with high pressure (60 PSI) for 10 seconds.
- Let it cool completely before peeling the film.
- Repress for another 10 seconds using a Teflon sheet to seal the design.

A heat press is recommended for the best results, but a handheld iron can be used for one-time applications. Ensure you apply even pressure and heat to avoid peeling issues.

DTF transfers are highly durable and can withstand frequent washing and daily wear. Proper application and care will ensure long-lasting results.

Store them in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Keep them in their original packaging or cover them with protective paper to prevent dust and moisture from affecting the adhesive.

It's best to store Gang Sheets flat to avoid creases or wrinkles that can affect the quality of the transfer. Rolling is not recommended as it may create pressure marks on the designs.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Same-day printing is available for orders placed before 11 a.m. EST for an additional fee.

If we haven't printed your order yet, you can request changes. However, once printing has started, modifications are not possible.

We do not offer refunds once an order is placed. However, if you receive a defective print, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
