Refunds & reprints
Contact us as soon as possible, as refunds and reprints are only available within 30 days. Refunds are only issued for printing issues that are due to our fault. Refunds or reprints will not be accepted for poor DTF transfer quality due to low resolution or not following pressing instructions. Refunds or reprints for any other reason must be approved by management first.

Pressing Instructions
Neck labels are cold peel: wait until the transfer cools before you peel it. That keeps the small details sharp.
Set Your Heat Press
Temperature: 300°F. Pressure: 60 psi (or set to High). Set time for 10 seconds.
Position and Press
Place the label on the inside of the neck and press the DTF transfer.
Cool and Peel
Wait for the transfer to cool completely, then peel the transfer sheet off.
Repress
Repress the design for another 10 seconds for durability.
