Build the artboard 30 inches wide
PNG at 300 DPI with a transparent background, sized the way you want it printed. We print the file as it comes in, so the size you build is the size you get. Not sure? Add Artwork Review: $15 per sheet ordered, including repeated copies of the same file. It checks file preparation; it does not include redrawing or rebuilding your design.
Pick a length and approve
From 36 inches to 25 feet at a flat $0.625 per linear inch. Tick the approval box, add to cart and pay. Your approval is saved to the order.
It ships ready to press
Printed in our own shop in Miami with a 24 hour turnaround, Monday to Friday. It arrives on one film with no seam and no weeding. Delivery speed is whatever you picked at checkout.
When does a 30-inch gang sheet make sense?
Choose 30 inches when the extra width helps your layout or when a design will not fit on a narrower sheet in either orientation: both design dimensions matter. A wider sheet can also fit several smaller designs across a row; how many pieces fit depends on their sizes, spacing and orientation.
Example layout: nine 9 × 11 inch designs on a 30 × 36 inch sheet with 0.25 inch spacing, which comes to $2.50 per design in base printing cost ($22.50 ÷ 9). On a 22 inch sheet only two of those columns fit in that orientation. Actual yield depends on your artwork.
Other shops do offer 30 inches, so the width alone is not the point. What you get here is a 24 hour turnaround and film printed in our own shop in Miami rather than sent out to a third party.

Flat rate of $0.625 per linear inch at the full 30 inch width, which works out to $0.0208 per square inch at every length. Pick one of 10 lengths, from 36 to 300 inches.
For comparison, our standard 22 inch sheet runs $0.0205 per square inch. The extra 8 inches of width costs about 2% more per square inch, not a premium. Need 22 inch sheets, or bulk volume pricing? Do I need a large heat press for a 30-inch gang sheet?
Not for every order. If your sheet contains separate designs that fit your heat press, cut them apart and press each one normally. For a single design larger than your press area, check both dimensions and the garment before ordering; section pressing needs an appropriate setup and even heat and pressure. Use the pressing settings for your fabric. Here is how our customers press one oversized piece on a 16 by 20 inch press.
Press in sections
For cotton, press the first section at 300 to 310°F (149 to 154 °C) for 10 seconds with firm pressure; for other fabrics, use the settings in our pressing guide. You should feel real resistance when you close it. Lift, slide the garment, then press the next section. Overlap each pass by about an inch so no strip is left cold.
Peel after the last pass
Do not peel section by section. Press the whole width first, let the transfer cool completely, then peel the film in one piece. Then give each section a final 10 second press under a Teflon sheet for a glossy finish or a linen cloth for matte.
Or use a wide press
A 16 by 24 inch (40 by 60 cm) press covers more of the sheet in each pass; a large-format press (32 by 42 inches or bigger) presses the full 30-inch width at once; how many passes you need depends on the size of your designs.
