Using Our DTF Gang Sheet Builder: Step by Step
Our gang sheet maker is simple to use, but it may seem overwhelming if you've never used it before. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you get the best possible results:
- Choose your width and length.
22, 24 or 30 inches wide. The length list is the one we sell, so every sheet you build is a sheet you can order.
- Add your images.
Upload, drag and drop, or paste from the clipboard. A PNG with a transparent background prints best; JPG, WebP and SVG work too. Each file lands in the first free spot.
- Set size and copies.
Type the printed width in inches and how many copies you need. The card shows the DPI the design will print at.
- Arrange your designs.
Drag, rotate, align and group. Auto-arrange packs everything with a 0.2 inch gap, and in auto length the sheet ends where your designs end.
- Check the warnings.
Low DPI, overlaps, designs off the sheet and stretched art show up on each card before you export. The 0.2 inch safety margin is drawn on the sheet.
- Add it to your cart.
Click Finish, pick your film, approve the sheet and add it to your cart with the file attached. If you only want the file, download the PNG at 300 DPI, free.

Yes. Building is free, with no account, no email and no watermark, and you can download the sheet as a transparent PNG at 300 DPI. If you want us to print it, add it to your cart from the builder: you pay the film and the length of your sheet.
Which files can I upload?
The Free Builder takes PNG, JPG, WebP and SVG. The builder on each product page also takes PDF, AI and EPS. A PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI prints best.
What's the difference between the Free Builder and the builder on the product page?
In the Free Builder you place every design yourself, then add the sheet to your cart with the file attached or download it. On the product page you upload designs by size and quantity and the builder lays them out for you. Either way the sheet prints exactly as it was built; nobody at the shop moves your designs.
How big can my sheet be?
Both builders make sheets 22, 24 or 30 inches wide and up to 14 feet long, and add more sheets to the same order when your designs need them. To upload a finished file, pick a listed length or type a custom one on the product page: Custom DTF Gang Sheets go from 6 inches up to 1,200 inches, Max 24 is 24 inches wide and Wide Format is 30 inches wide. Same-Day runs up to 1,500 inches per order.
What DPI do I need?
300 DPI at the printed size. The builder shows the DPI on each card and flags anything under 300 so you can fix it before you order.
How fast do you print?

Gang sheets are priced by sheet length at full width, so the tighter you pack it, the lower your cost per transfer. If you'd rather pay only for your designs, use DTF Transfers by Size.
