Most heat presses are compatible with our "Gang Sheet" and "DTF Transfers" and will deliver satisfactory results. We recommend setting your heat press to 300 degrees Fahrenheit, applying high pressure for 10 seconds, and using 60 PSI. This combination of time and temperature is ideal to ensure proper transfer adhesion.

Alternatively, if a heat press is not available, you can also use an iron or a Cricut machine to apply the "Gang Sheet" and "DTF Transfers."

NOTE: "Gang Sheet" and "DTF Transfers" are universal terms in our industry, so they will not be translated.

If you choose to press your DTF Transfers with something other than a heat press, the designs may not produce the same results and could lead to a faulty transfer.

To apply your design using DTF Transfers, follow these general pressing guidelines:

1. Prepare the Garment

   • Ensure your fabric or surface is clean, dry, and free of wrinkles or residue.
   • Pre-press the garment to remove moisture and create a smooth surface.

2. Set Up Your Heat Press

   • Temperature: 300°F (149°C)
   • Time: 10 seconds
   • Pressure: High pressure (60 PSI)
   • Proper pressure is crucial for successful adhesion of DTF Transfers.

3. Peel the Transfer

   • Let the garment cool down completely.
   • Once cooled, carefully peel off the transfer film from one corner.

4. Final Press for Durability

   • Press again for 10 seconds using a Teflon sheet on top to protect the design.
   • This second press seals the transfer for long-lasting results.

We do not offer refunds after an order has been placed. If there is an issue with your artwork or if changes are needed, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been printed, we can update your artwork.

It is the customer’s responsibility to submit vectorized artwork for high-quality printing and verify that there are no overlapping logos, cut-off designs, or errors.

You can create a Gang Sheet in any design program such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or even Canva.com.

A gang sheet is a 22-inch wide by X length document saved as PNG, PDF, AI, or PSD.

Determine the size of the sheet you need to create. Make sure the document is set to a 300 dpi resolution and in RGB color mode.

The width of the document will always be 22 inches, and the length will depend on how many logos/designs you need at the moment.

Upload your images to the design program you are using. Vector images are highly recommended for the best print results.

Size each individual image or logo to the width or height you need. Duplicate each image the necessary number of times.

Save your Gang Sheet as a PNG file with a transparent background.

Canva is a popular design program that can be used to create Gang Sheets instead of traditional design programs like Photoshop or Illustrator.

In Canva, you can create a new design with the appropriate dimensions in inches and upload your images to arrange them within a frame.
