Refunds & reprints
We are committed to your 100% satisfaction. If a transfer arrives with a printing defect on our side, we reprint it at no cost or refund it, whichever you prefer. To do so, contact us within 45 days of your order.
Refunds or reprints only apply to errors on our part. In case of issues resulting from poor quality files or incorrect details in the design submitted, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
The customer is responsible for verifying that their design meets the printing requirements (correct format and minimum resolution of 300 DPI). Once the design is approved, no modifications will be accepted and no refunds will be issued for errors in the original file.
If the design is not printable due to technical problems, we will contact you to coordinate adjustments, which may incur additional costs.

Application
How to Press DTF Transfers by Size
Four steps with a heat press. These transfers are hot peel.
1Heat300–310°F · 10 s
Our shop setting on cotton (149–154 °C). On your own press, 300–320°F (149–160 °C) for 10–15 s works: test on a scrap first. Measured on the platen, not the dial.
2PressureFirm
On a manual heat press you should feel real resistance when you close it. Our automatic press runs at 60 PSI.
3PeelHot peel · 2–5 s
Open the press, count 2 to 5 seconds and peel. First time, or very small details? Let it cool completely before you peel.
4Final press10 s more
Cover the design with a Teflon sheet for a glossy finish or a linen cloth for a matte finish, and press again.
Over seams, zippers or buttons, use a heat press pillow. A household iron can work for a small transfer, but the print won't last as long as with a heat press.

What is a DTF Transfer?
A DTF (direct-to-film) transfer is your design printed on film with a white ink layer and an adhesive powder. You press it onto the garment with a heat press, and it works on light and dark fabrics.
What's the turnaround time to order DTF prints?
Ships within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Pre-cut adds 24 hours: pre-cut orders ship within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. That's when the order leaves our shop; transit time depends on the shipping method. If you need it the same day, order Same-Day DTF Transfers before 12 PM ET.
Can I apply these transfers to any fabric?
They work on cotton, polyester, blends and tri-blends. On a fabric with a heavy texture, test one first. They aren't made for hard surfaces.
How Long Do Heat Transfer Prints Last?
With correct pressing and care, 50+ washes. With a household iron the print lasts less.
Can I apply it to curved items like tumblers?
No. These DTF transfers are made for fabric. For cups and tumblers, use our Custom UV DTF Cup & Tumbler Wraps.
How is the price calculated?
Width x height x $0.05 x quantity, before volume discounts. A 4" x 4" transfer is 16 square inches, so it's $0.80. The editor shows the price before you add it to the cart.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. 10% off from 15 pieces, 20% from 50, 30% from 100 and 40% from 250. It counts the pieces of each design, and the editor applies the discount as soon as you set the quantity. It doesn't combine with discount coupons.
Can you pre-cut my transfers?
Yes, for $0.35 per piece. Without pre-cut, they ship on a roll and you trim them. Pre-cut adds 24 hours: pre-cut orders ship within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
What if a transfer arrives with a printing defect?
If a transfer arrives with a printing defect on our side, we reprint it at no cost or refund it, whichever you prefer. Contact us within 45 days of placing your order.
Is a gang sheet cheaper?
For many copies of the same design, usually yes. 15 transfers of 10" x 10" are $67.50 by size and $35.90 on a 7 ft gang sheet. For a few pieces, by size costs less.
