I used to use this site for everything. I can't rely on them anymore. I sent a few test halftoned prints that came back great. I ordered the exact same thing in bulk. That bulk print was not good. I sent an email asking why when I sent the test prints they were good, but when I ordered the bulk prints, they were different. I waited a few days with no response, and emailed again. This time getting a message back asking for pics and detailed description of what was wrong. I gladly sent the pics and description and thanked them for looking into it. I never heard back. A week went by, and I emailed again with no response. I emailed one final time with no response. I had to move on at that point. I was more than willing to repurchase prints, I just needed to know what was different with the halftoned prints, as I can't see what the final image will truly look like until it's printed. Hence why I sent test prints first.
They were great and I hated to leave them, but I had to pivot. No followup on an issue we were in the middle of discussing is a no go.

GREAT for big prints which some of my clients insist on. Just make sure you know the color is different than the 22 inches ones. Learned that the hard way but it wasn't a huge deal.
