Refunds or reprints only apply to errors on our part. In case of issues resulting from poor quality files or incorrect details in the design submitted, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
The customer is responsible for verifying that their design meets the printing requirements (correct format and minimum resolution of 300 DPI). Once the design is approved, no modifications will be accepted and no refunds will be issued for errors in the original file.
If the design is not printable due to technical problems, we will contact you to coordinate adjustments, which may incur additional costs.
