Coverage & tracking
Currently, we only ship within the United States and do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped; this may take 1-2 days to activate.

Refunds & reprints
We are committed to your 100% satisfaction. If a transfer arrives with a printing defect on our side, we reprint it at no cost or refund it, whichever you prefer. To do so, contact us within 45 days of your order.
Refunds or reprints only apply to errors on our part. In case of issues resulting from poor quality files or incorrect details in the design submitted, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
The customer is responsible for verifying that their design meets the printing requirements (correct format and minimum resolution of 300 DPI). Once the design is approved, no modifications will be accepted and no refunds will be issued for errors in the original file.
If the design is not printable due to technical problems, we will contact you to coordinate adjustments, which may incur additional costs.

How to Apply UV DTF Transfers
No heat press needed: peel and stick.
1Clean and dry
Dust or grease keeps the adhesive from grabbing.
2Peel the backing
Peel off the backing paper to expose the adhesive side.
3Place it
Once it touches the surface you can't move it, so line it up first.
4Squeegee it down
From the center out, to push out air bubbles.
5Peel the film
Slowly peel off the clear top film.

Why: heat, detergent and long soaking lift the edges.
UV DTF is permanent. If you ever take it off, it breaks into pieces and leaves adhesive you'll need to clean.

Can DTF be used on polyester?
Not UV DTF. It's made for hard surfaces like glass, metal, acrylic, hard plastic and ceramic. For polyester and other fabric, use our DTF transfers by size.
Are they dishwasher safe?
No. Hand wash only, with mild soap. A dishwasher combines heat, detergent and a long soak, and that lifts the edges.
How do I send my designs for the transfer?
Type your width and height in the editor on this page, upload your file and add it to the cart. PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI at the final size works best. You can also email it to info@dtftransfersnow.com.
How durable are these transfers?
They're permanent on a hard, smooth surface when applied correctly, and they hold up to hand washing with soap. Outdoors, in a covered spot, they last less, depending on the application. No dishwasher, microwave or soaking.
Are these transfers suitable for flexible plastic materials like pouches or bags?
No. UV DTF needs a rigid surface. On a pouch, a bag or soft plastic it bends and lifts.
What is the largest UV DTF size you can print?
On a UV gang sheet, up to 22" wide and 300" long; bigger runs on request. By size, type the width and height you need in the editor.
How is the price calculated?
Width x height x $0.10 x quantity, before volume discounts. A 2" x 2" sticker is 4 square inches, so it's $0.40.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. 5% off from 15 pieces, 10% from 50, 15% from 100 and 20% from 250. It counts the pieces of each design, and the editor applies the discount as soon as you set the quantity. It doesn't combine with discount coupons.
Can you pre-cut my stickers?
Yes, for $0.35 per piece. Without pre-cut, they ship on a roll and you trim them. Pre-cut adds 24 hours to the turnaround.
What if a transfer arrives with a printing defect?
If a transfer arrives with a printing defect on our side, we reprint it at no cost or refund it, whichever you prefer. Contact us within 45 days of placing your order.
