- Pre-press the garment 5 sec. Removes moisture and wrinkles, so no steam gets trapped under the print.
- Place the transfer ink-side down. Smooth film up, powder side on the fabric. Cover with a Teflon sheet.
- Press 10 sec at 300-310°F with firm pressure. You should feel real resistance when you close the press. Over seams or zippers, use a heat press pillow.
- Peel hot. Open the press, count 2 to 5 seconds and lift the film while it's still hot. First time, or thin lines and small text? Let it cool completely before you peel.
- Final press 10 sec. Teflon sheet (shiny finish) or linen cloth (matte) over the bare design. This is what gets you past 50 washes.
Nylon / performance: 260-275°F (127-135°C) · 10-12 sec · medium-light pressure · peel cold.
First wash: wait 24 hours. Inside out, cold water, no fabric softener or high dryer heat.

Every sheet is 22 inches wide and you pay by the sheet, not by the design. From 2 feet up the rate is $0.45 per inch. At 6 feet it starts coming down, and on the 25 foot sheet each inch costs $0.3825. Same file, same press, same 24 hour turnaround: the only thing that changes is how much you print at once.
