We prioritize vector artwork for the best printing results. Please ensure a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch) for sharp and high-quality prints.

We recommend submitting your artwork in preferred file formats such as AI (Adobe Illustrator), PNG (Portable Network Graphics), and PDF (Portable Document Format).

To streamline the process and ensure compatibility, we highly encourage providing artwork in these formats. These file types are widely supported and offer excellent performance with our hot peel DTF film printing systems.

Files must be in RGB format. Do not submit mirrored artwork.

Most heat presses are compatible with our Gang Sheet and DTF Transfers, delivering excellent results. We recommend setting your heat press to 300°F, applying high pressure for 10 seconds, and using 60 PSI. This precise combination of time and temperature ensures proper adhesion of the hot peel DTF transfers.

Alternatively, if a heat press is unavailable, you can use a household iron or a Cricut machine to apply Gang Sheet and DTF Transfers.

NOTE: "Gang Sheet" and "DTF Transfers" are universal terms in our business and will not be translated.

If you choose to apply your DTF hot peel film using something other than a heat press, the results may not match those achieved with a heat press and could lead to a defective transfer.

To apply your design using DTF Transfers, follow these general pressing instructions:

Ensure your garment or surface is clean, dry, and free of any wrinkles or residue. Pre-press garments to remove moisture.

Set the Heat Press: 300°F.

Press for 10 seconds with high pressure (60 PSI). Pressure is one of the most important factors for successfully adhering your hot peel DTF transfers to your garment.

Allow the garment to cool completely. Once cooled, carefully remove the hot peel DTF film, starting from one corner.

Repress for another 10 seconds using a Teflon sheet on top for added protection.

The second press seals your design, ensuring durability.

We offer same-day printing for an extra fee. The cutoff time for same-day printing is 10 a.m. EST. Orders will be shipped using the selected shipping method at checkout. "Gang Sheet" and "DTF Transfers" are universal terms in our business.

Refunds & Reprints

We do not offer refunds once an order is placed. If you need to correct or modify your artwork before printing, please contact us immediately. If your order has not been processed yet, we may be able to update your design.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide high-quality vector artwork and check for any overlapping logos or cut-off elements. No refunds will be given for artwork errors once the order has been printed.

If the issue is due to a printer error, we will be happy to replace the product to ensure your satisfaction.

You can create a gang sheet using any design program such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or even Canva.com.

A DTF gang sheet is a document that measures 22 inches in width by X length and must be saved as PNG, PDF, AI, or PSD.

• Determine the sheet size you need. Ensure that the document is set to 300 dpi resolution and in RGB color mode.
• The document width is always 22 inches, and the length depends on how many logos/designs you need.
• Upload your images to the design software you’re using. It is highly recommended to use vector images for the best print quality.
• Resize each image or logo to the required width or height. Duplicate each image as many times as needed.
• Save your DTF gang sheet as a PNG file with a transparent background.

Canva is a popular design program that can be used to create gang sheets instead of traditional design software like Photoshop or Illustrator.

In Canva, you can create a new design with the appropriate dimensions in inches and upload your images to arrange them within the frame.
