Order by 12:00 PM ET Monday to Friday and your sheet comes off our press the same business day. We email you the moment it is printed and ready; we do not promise an hour we might miss. Delivery speed is a separate choice at checkout.

What same-day actually means here
Plenty of shops say same-day and mean same-day shipping, which is a different promise: your file might have been printed yesterday, or it might get printed tomorrow and shipped fast. Here it means the press. Your file goes into today's run and your sheet is printed today.
The cutoff is 12 PM ET, Monday to Friday. That is not a marketing number, it is how long it takes to rip the file, print it, cure it, cut it and have it packed before the last carrier pickup. After 12 PM ET the run is closed — unless you add the 2-Hour Rush Extension, which keeps your order in today's run until 2:00 PM ET. After that, it goes into tomorrow's.
Same-day printing is not the same as same-day shipping
These two phrases get used as if they were one thing, and they are the reason people end up disappointed. Here is the plain version.
Same-day printing

- A production promise: your artwork enters today's press run, not tomorrow's.
- How fast it travels afterwards is a separate choice at checkout.
Same-day shipping
- The package leaves the building today — nothing more.
- Says nothing about when the sheet was actually printed.
- A sheet printed three days ago can still ship "same-day".
Need it in your hands tomorrow? You need both: printed today plus a next-day service at checkout. Picking up in Kendall? Printed today is all you need — the pickup box is open 24 hours a day.
Same-day gang sheets, priced by length
Flat rate of $0.50 per linear inch at the full 22 inch width, which is $6.00 per linear foot. Lengths run from 12 to 1,500 inches per order. There is no separate rush charge on top.
What that works out to per design: a one foot sheet is 22 by 12 inches, so two 10 by 10 inch chest prints come out at $3.00 each, and four 10 by 5 inch designs at $1.50 each. The rate never changes, only how well you fill the sheet.

Order well before noon
A morning order leaves room to fix anything we spot. 11:58 still counts, but there is no slack left in it.
Pick the shipping to match
