What same-day actually means here
Plenty of shops say same-day and mean same-day shipping, which is a different promise: your file might have been printed yesterday, or it might get printed tomorrow and shipped fast. Here it means the press. Your file goes into today's run and your sheet is printed today.
Order by 12:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, and your sheet prints and ships the same business day. Delivery speed selected at checkout.
Choose local pickup at checkout and you have until 2:00 PM ET. Your sheet still prints today, and pickup is free.
Either way, you get an email the moment your sheet is printed. All times ET. Weekend orders join Monday's run, with the same cutoffs.
The shipping cutoff is 12 PM ET, Monday to Friday. That is not a marketing number, it is how long it takes to rip the file, print it, cure it, cut it and have it packed before the last carrier pickup. Picking up in Kendall skips the carrier, so that run stays open until 2 PM ET. Past both, your order goes into tomorrow's run at the same price.
Same-day printing is not the same as same-day shipping
These two phrases get used as if they were one thing, and they are the reason people end up disappointed. Here is the plain version.

Same-day gang sheets, priced by length
Flat rate of $0.50 per linear inch at the full 22 inch width, which is $6.00 per linear foot. Lengths run from 12 to 1,500 inches per order. There is no separate rush charge on top.
What that works out to per design: a one foot sheet is 22 by 12 inches, so two 10 by 10 inch chest prints come out at $3.00 each, and four 10 by 5 inch designs at $1.50 each. The rate never changes, only how well you fill the sheet.
