Ensure your artwork is vectorized and saved in high resolution of at least 300 DPI (pixels per inch) to guarantee the best print quality. Only vectorized artwork is guaranteed a clean print out.
RGB. For pure black, please use color values 0,0,0.
Your gang sheet should always be 22 inches wide. Be sure to leave a margin all around the canvas of about 0.15 inch to ensure your artwork does not get cut off.
Please keep files at a maximum of 150-180 inches in height. This will ensure you can save correctly and that files are not too heavy. If you have purchased a large file such as 300 inches, you can send us 2 files of 150 inches or 3 files of 100 inches. If they are all of the same image, you can create a small file such as a 22 x 50 inch and then instruct us to print out that file 6 times. As long as the total height or length of all your sheets matches the total inches bought, you can split your sheets!
We accept file formats .PNG & .PDF. Other acceptable formats are .PSD, .AI, or a shared canva link. Please convert all texts to outlines.
You are responsible for ensuring your gang sheet and artwork are correct. While our team does not review artwork, they will notify you if there is discovery of any noticeable issues. We do not offer refunds or reprints for poor resolution or incorrect size; refunds are only for our printing errors.
If you notice you submitted the wrong artwork or gang sheet, contact us ASAP. If your order hasn't been printed, we may be able to switch the artwork. If it has been printed, it would need to need to an additional order. Resubmitting artwork will delay your order. Please double-check your artwork before submitting.

Include your order reference number in the subject to match your artwork with your order.
Our WeTransfer link will be provided at the end of the purchase process.
3. Email artwork
Email your artwork to us at info@dtftransfersnow.com and paste your order reference code as the subject of the email so we can match your artwork with your order.
