Heat Press Settings:

• Temperature: 300°F
• Pressure: 60 psi (or set to High)
• Set time for 10 seconds.
• Position and Press DTF transfer
• Peel and Repress:
• Wait for the transfer to cool completely.
• Peel the transfer sheet off.
• Repress the design for another 10 seconds to ensure durability.

Orders are shipped out after our 1-2 business day processing time. Orders over $100 automatically qualify for free ground shipping. We offer several shipping options to best fit your needs.

Refunds and Reprints

Contact us as soon as possible, as refunds and reprints are only available within 30 days. Refunds are only issued for printing issues that are due to our fault. Refunds or reprints will not be accepted for poor DTF transfer quality due to low resolution or not following pressing instructions. Refunds or reprints for any other reason must be approved by management first.

Once your payment is completed, you can upload your artwork in one of three ways:

Attach File: You can upload your artwork file directly at the end of the purchase process on our website.

WeTransfer: Send us your artwork via WeTransfer. Make sure to include your order reference number, so we can match your artwork with your order.

Email: Email your artwork to us with the subject line as your order reference number.
