Get your Gang Sheet!
Each DTF Gang Sheet is crafted with precision and attention to detail to ensure the best quality.
It all starts with printing on a special transparent polyester film using a state-of-the-art DTF printer. Then, we apply a powder adhesive to the back of the print, ensuring that the ink adheres perfectly to the material.
This powder melts through a controlled process, creating a strong bond between the film and the ink.
The final result is a ready-to-use transfer, perfect for customizing different materials with vibrant colors, high resolution, and exceptional durability.

Image Requirements
To ensure high-quality results for your DTF Gang Sheets, it is essential that the files you submit meet the following requirements:
- Files in PSD (Photoshop) and AI (Illustrator) formats are acceptable, but we prefer PNG files.
- Images should have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch) or higher.
- It is important that all files are vectorized, meaning the graphics must be scalable without losing quality.
Pressing Instructions
Follow these steps to properly apply your DTF transfers and ensure optimal results:
Ensure the garment or material is clean, dry, and free of wrinkles. Pre-press to remove moisture.
Set the press to 300°F and apply high pressure (60 PSI) for 10 seconds.
Let the garment cool completely before carefully peeling the film from a corner.
Repress for 10 seconds using a Teflon sheet on top to permanently seal the design.

What is a Gang Sheet?
A Gang Sheet is a large sheet of paper or film that groups multiple designs or images on a single substrate. This term comes from the printing industry, where "gang" refers to the process of organizing several images or pages onto one sheet to optimize space and resources.
In the context of heat transfers, a Gang Sheet is an especially useful tool for printing multiple designs at once. For example, it’s ideal if you have several images with similar colors or need different sizes of the same design.
Once printed, the designs can be individually cut and applied to different surfaces.
This method not only saves time but also reduces costs by maximizing the use of print material. For this reason, Gang Sheets are a popular choice for custom apparel, accessories, and other product projects.
Difference between Gang Sheet and DTF Transfers By Size
When we talk about printing methods like Gang Sheet and By Size, we are referring to two different approaches for customizing heat transfers according to the customer's needs.
Gang Sheet
On one hand, a Gang Sheet is a sheet that groups multiple designs of different sizes and shapes onto a single substrate. This allows you to optimize resources and space by making the most of the print sheet, and even combine several designs into a single order.
By Size
On the other hand, the By Size method involves printing a single design per sheet, adjusted to the specific size that the customer needs. This is useful for projects where a single design is repeated across different garments or surfaces.
Therefore, the Gang Sheet stands out for its flexibility and resource savings, while By Size is ideal for more direct and specific projects. The choice between the two will depend on the volume, variety, and nature of your designs.
How to Store DTF Transfers
If you don’t plan to cut and use all the stickers from your Gang Sheet immediately, it’s important to take measures to preserve its quality. Here are some key tips:
- Storage in a dry and clean place: Keep the Gang Sheet in a dry, dust-free environment to prevent moisture or particles from affecting the adhesive or print.
- Avoid direct sunlight exposure: Sunlight and heat can damage both the adhesive and the design colors. Store the Gang Sheet in a cool, dark place.
- Protection from dust and dirt: If you're not using a design right away, cover it with protective paper or keep it in its original packaging to prevent dust from sticking to the surface.
- Avoid unnecessary pressure: Stacking heavy objects on top of the Gang Sheet can damage the designs or compromise the adhesive.
By following these care instructions, you’ll ensure that your Gang Sheet maintains its quality and is ready for use when you need it.
Can the Gang Sheet be folded, should it be rolled, or should it be stored flat?
Folding a Gang Sheet can cause damage to the prints and the adhesive, especially on the edges of the design.
Creases can interfere with the transfer of the design onto the fabric, affecting the quality of the final result.
Although rolling the Gang Sheet may seem like a convenient option, it can also damage the print quality. Rolling generates pressure on the printed areas, which can affect the adhesion of the design or cause wrinkles.
Apply DTF Transfers to Different Materials
DTF designs are highly versatile and can be applied to a variety of fabric colors. However, it's important to consider certain factors when choosing the fabric color to ensure the best quality of the transfer.
- The designs transfer easily and clearly on light-colored fabrics, such as white, light gray, or pastels as well as dark colored fabrics like black, navy or dark gray..
- All you need to apply yoru DTF gang sheets is a heat press or at least a handheld iron for one time use items.
- You can apply DTF transfers to more than just t-shirts. The possibilities are endless! You can apply DTF transfers to tote bags, caps, hoodies, sweatshirts, sweatpants, canvas materials, thin wood, leatherette and more!
For a more uniform finish, grouping designs with similar colors on the Gang Sheet can help reduce ink changes during printing.
Best Materials for DTF Transfers
The stickers from the Gang Sheet are ideal for a variety of fabrics, such as cotton, polyester, cotton/polyester blends, and synthetic fabrics.
They work well on soft and high-performance fabrics, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and bags. However, it is recommended to avoid using them on overly thick or waterproof fabrics, as the transfer may not adhere properly.
How to create a Gang Sheet
To design a suitable Gang Sheet for printing, follow these steps:
Size and format
Make sure your design fits the dimensions of the Gang Sheet and is preferably in PNG format, although PSD and AI are also accepted.
Image organization
Group all the images you want to print onto a single sheet. Align the designs efficiently, maximizing the available space.
Ensure vectorization
Make sure all design elements are vectorized.
Colors and borders
If possible, organize designs with similar colors to avoid frequent ink changes during printing.
Avoid common mistakes
Double-check that the design is properly aligned and without distortions. Also, review that the design elements are complete and correctly positioned before submitting it.
