What Is a DTF Transfer Gang Sheet?
DTF transfer gang sheets, or Direct-to-Film transfer sheets, are individual sheets of transfer film containing multiple designs arranged in a strategic layout that allows you to make the most of the available space.
DTF sheets allow you to transfer your designs to any type of fabric. Whether you’re trying to create a nicer-looking shirt or place branding on a range of clothing elements, DTF gang sheets are the ideal option.
Custom DTF Gang Sheets: Product Overview
When you order gang sheet transfers from us, you can choose from an array of different sizes and options. Our custom gang sheets come in a standard width of 22 inches, but vary between 12 inches and 300 inches in height.
This give you the freedom to choose appropriately-sized DTF sheets for your purpose. You can use our custom gang sheet builder to create exactly the sheet that you require in preparation of the DTF gang sheet printing process.

DTF Gang Sheet Order Process
When you’re ready to place your order, the process is simpler than you may imagine. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
Place the order for your DTF gang sheet, ensuring that you select the correct size. While all our gang sheets are the same width, there are many different lengths to choose from.
Use our free gang s0heet builder to help you create a gang sheet of the appropriate size. It will help you ensure that there’s enough space between the individual transfers, and also ensure that you incorporate enough bleed space into the design. You may want to do this before placing your order.
Use the provided uploader to upload your completed gang sheet design in preparation for printing. It’s best to upload it in PNG format, though we also accept AI and PSD files. It’s important that the design, and all the images used in it, are at least 300 DPI, otherwise the printed transfers may be of a low quality.

Once your gang sheet is sent to print, it is printed on a clear polyester special DTF film using a DTF printer. Then, an adhesive power is applied in the back of the print to make sure the ink bonds properly. Finally, this powder is melted o create the bond between the film and ink. Now it is ready to be pressed.
Although is recommended to use your DTF Transfers as soon as you receive them, there are some tips to store them. First of all keep them in a cool and dry place, secondly, keep them inside airtight containers or resealable bags with silica packets. Remember, your worst enemy is humidity!

To apply your design with DTF transfers, follow these instructions:
- Ensure your garment or surface is clean, dry, and free from any wrinkles or debris. Pre-press garments to release moisture.
- Heat your press to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Press for 10 seconds with high pressure (60 PSI)—pressure is crucial for a successful transfer.
- Allow the garment to cool completely, then carefully peel off the transfer film starting from a corner.
- Repress for another 10 seconds with a Teflon sheet on top for protection.
- This second press helps to seal your design permanently.
We accept PSD and AI file types but prefer PNG. Please ensure all files are vectorized and have a high resolution of 300 DPI or higher.
After your purchase, a window will show up to upload your artwork. If you prefer to send it after, you can upload your gang sheet to the following icon

We ship all orders within 1-3 business days, and you can pick them up for free at our Miami office.

Refunds and Reprints: We do not offer refunds once an order is placed. If you need to change your artwork and we haven't printed your order yet, contact us to swap your artwork. It's your responsibility to ensure your artwork is vectorized and correctly formatted for high-quality prints. While we don't refund printed orders, we will replace any orders with printer errors.
