School Spirit Wear DTF Transfers
Order DTF transfers for your school's spirit wear, booster club or fundraiser, then press them on your own shirts.
- No minimums
- Mix designs and sizes on one 22" sheet
- Ships within 24 hours, Monday to Friday
One Sheet for the Whole Order Form
DTF transfers are designs printed on film that you apply with a heat press. Combine the designs and sizes from your order form on a 22" wide gang sheet, one sheet that holds many designs, and pick the length you need. No minimums. We ship within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, from our shop in Kendall, Miami.
Youth and adult designs can go on the same gang sheet, so a PTA order with five shirt sizes can still be one order. The price depends on the length of the sheet, not on how many designs you fit on it, so pick the length your designs need.
Youth and Adult Sizes
A logo sized for an adult large can be too wide for a youth small, so measure the shirts and scale each copy to fit. Our design width by shirt size guide gives you a starting width for each size.
Names and Numbers
For team shirts, add each player's name and number to the sheet as its own design. Check the roster spelling before you order, because we print names exactly as they appear in your file.
- Press only what soldNo minimums, so you can order after the sale closes and cut down on unsold shirts.
- One order for every sizeYouth and adult sizes, names and numbers can go on the same sheet.
- Ready for game daySame-Day ships the same day when you order before 12 PM ET, Monday to Friday.
How Does a School Order Work?
Ordering DTF transfers for schools works the same way every time. You close the order form, arrange your designs on one or more gang sheets, order online and press the transfers yourself. There's no proof step: we print your file as you upload it, so check it in our free DPI Checker before you order.
- 1Close your order form.Count shirts by design and by size, youth and adult.
- 2Build one sheet.Upload your logo to the gang sheet builder and place every copy you need on a 22" wide sheet. Big orders may need a longer sheet or more than one.
- 3Order online.Schools, PTAs and booster clubs place and pay for every order online at checkout. We don't take purchase orders. Eligible Florida schools and school groups with a DR-14 certificate can order tax-free (see the FAQ).
- 4Press.Use a heat press to apply each transfer to the shirts, hoodies or bags you already have.
The result: your whole order form in one online order, pressed by your own team.
Fundraisers: Press Only What Sold
With no minimums, you can wait until the sale closes and order transfers for the shirts people already paid for. That means less guessing on sizes and fewer leftovers. When late orders come in, upload a short sheet with just those designs.
Spirit Wear Ideas Your Team Can Press

Pressing Spirit Wear
- 300-310°F (149-154 °C) on cotton, our shop setting
- 10 seconds press time in our shop
- 50+ washes pressed correctly, washed inside out in cold water
In our Miami shop we press cotton at 300-310°F (149-154 °C) for 10 seconds. Your heat press can read different from its dial, so test one transfer on a scrap first. Our pressing instructions cover other fabrics, pressure and peel.
Pressed correctly and washed inside out in cold water, our DTF transfers last 50+ washes. If a sheet arrives with a printing defect on our side, we reprint it at no cost.
School Spirit Wear FAQ
Can you print my school's logo?
Yes, if you have permission to use it. You upload the logo, we print it on your gang sheet and you press it on your shirts. We don't sell school designs: you bring your own artwork.
Do you send a proof before printing?
No. We print your file as you upload it, so check the size, the spelling and the resolution before you order. Our DPI Checker shows if your image is sharp enough to print.
Do you accept school purchase orders?
No. Every order is placed and paid online at checkout, including orders from schools, PTAs and booster clubs.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimums. Order a short sheet for one class or a longer sheet for the whole school.
How long do the transfers last?
Our DTF transfers last 50+ washes when you press them with a heat press at the right setting and wash the shirts inside out in cold water. A home iron doesn't press as hard, so transfers applied with one last less.
How fast do you ship?
Standard gang sheets ship within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Transit is added after that and depends on the shipping method. For game week, Same-Day orders placed before 12 PM ET, Monday to Friday, ship that day.
Can I pick up in Miami?
Yes, at our shop in Kendall: 13276 SW 120th St, Miami, FL 33186. Order Same-Day before 3 PM ET, Monday to Friday, for free pickup the same day. We email you when it's ready, and you can ask at checkout for our 24/7 pickup box.
Can a Florida school order tax-free?
Eligible Florida schools, PTAs and booster clubs can, with a valid Consumer's Certificate of Exemption (Form DR-14), for transfers the organization will use itself. Public schools must pay with school funds, not a personal card. Email the certificate to info@dtftransfersnow.com before you order, from the email you'll order with, and we'll set up your account for tax-exempt orders. Transfers for shirts you'll sell, like fundraiser shirts, don't qualify under the DR-14.
Is there free shipping?
Yes, free ground shipping on orders over $75, applied automatically at checkout. It doesn't combine with discount coupons: if you use a coupon, the order pays regular shipping.
