Printed wraps that go around a cup, tumbler or glass and arrive ready to apply. No heat, no press, no curing, no transfer tape to buy on the side. Peel it, place it, squeegee it down.

The rule that saves you a reorder: UV DTF is for hard surfaces, regular DTF is for fabric. If it bends, stretches or goes in a washing machine, it needs DTF.

What You Can Wrap

Hard and Smooth Surfaces

They stick to hard, smooth surfaces:

  • Glass and ceramic. Pint glasses, mugs, jars, candle vessels.
  • Metal and stainless steel. Tumblers, water bottles, thermoses.
  • Hard plastic and acrylic. Cold cups, shakers, lids, organizers.
  • Sealed wood and MDF. Coasters, signs, boxes.

Where They Do Not Belong

  • Fabric, or anything that flexes. That is what DTF transfers are for.
  • Textured surfaces. If it has grain, ribs or a rough matte finish, the edges lift.
  • Cars. Not the body, not the glass.
  • The dishwasher, and anything that means soaking.

Sizes and Pricing

Every sheet is 22 inches wide and you buy the length. A 12 inch order gives you a 22 by 12 inch printed area to fill, so a full sheet of designs costs the same as one big design. Send us the artwork and we lay it out for you.

Application

How to Apply a Cup Wrap

STEP 1

Wipe the surface with alcohol and let it dry. Dust or grease under the film shows up later as a bubble.

STEP 2

Peel the backing off. The design stays on the clear top layer.

STEP 3

Line it up and tack the center down first. Once it touches, it is down. These do not reposition.

STEP 4

Squeegee from the middle out toward the edges, pushing the air ahead of you.

STEP 5

Peel the clear layer off slowly. If part of the design comes with it, lay it back down, press that spot again, keep going.

Give it a few hours before the first wash.

Care

How They Hold Up

Applied on a clean, smooth surface, a wrap is permanent. Hand wash the cup with soap and water and it will not lift.

Three things take one off by accident: the dishwasher, soaking, and scrubbing the edge with an abrasive pad.

Covered outdoor use works. A porch or a patio, away from direct sun and rain. Outdoors the print does not last as long, and how much less depends on where it sits.

You can take one off if you want it off, but it breaks into pieces and leaves adhesive you will have to clean up. Worth knowing before you wrap something you care about.

We ship anywhere in the United States. Free ground shipping on orders over $99 with the code GroundFree, free 2-day over $300 with 2ndDayFree, and free next-day over $500 with NextDayFree. The code has to be typed at checkout or the regular rate applies, and shipping codes do not stack with discount codes.

Local to us? You can pick up at our Kendall shop in Miami.

If a sheet arrives with a printing defect on our side, we reprint it at no cost.

FAQ

UV DTF Cup Wrap FAQs

Do I need a heat press to apply a UV DTF cup wrap?
No. No heat, no press, no curing. The adhesive is already active. You peel the backing, apply the wrap, press it down by hand, then peel the clear top layer off.
What is the difference between UV DTF and regular DTF?
UV DTF is a sticker for hard surfaces and needs no heat. Regular DTF is a transfer for fabric and needs a heat press. Cups, tumblers and glass take UV DTF. Shirts and bags take DTF.
Are UV DTF cup wraps dishwasher safe?
No. Hand wash with soap and water and the wrap will not lift. The dishwasher and long soaking are what break the bond.
Can I cut a UV DTF wrap?
Yes, you can cut the sheet apart with scissors to separate designs before you apply them. Cut through the backing and the top layer together, and cut on the film, not through a printed element.
Will it stick to a textured or matte cup?
Not reliably. These need a smooth surface. On a ribbed, grainy or heavily textured finish the edges lift. If you are not sure, order the 6 inch length first and test it on the exact cup you plan to use.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. The smallest length is 6 inches at $9.00. Order one, or order a hundred.
Do you sell UV DTF cup wraps wholesale?
Yes. If you are reselling or printing in volume every month, ask us for wholesale pricing on cup wraps.
How fast can I get them?
