Custom Luggage Stickers
Custom stickers for the hard shell of a suitcase, printed on UV DTF and delivered ready to apply. No heat, no press, no transfer tape. Peel the backing, place the design, rub it down, peel the clear film off, and your bag becomes the one you spot from the far end of the carousel.
One rule decides everything here: the shell has to be hard and smooth. Polycarbonate and ABS cases are exactly what these are made for. Fabric, nylon and canvas bags are not, and neither is a deeply ribbed or heavily textured shell, because the adhesive needs something flat to grab.
Sheets are 22 inches wide and you buy the length, from a 6 inch piece at $9.00 up to 10 feet at $108.00. Send us the artwork. Orders in before 12 PM ET print the same day and ship out of our Miami shop.

Custom Luggage Stickers That Make Your Bag Easy to Spot
A printed UV DTF sticker for the hard shell of a suitcase. It arrives ready to apply, with no heat, no press and nothing extra to buy on the side.
Black bags all look alike on a baggage carousel. A name, a monogram, a logo or one loud graphic across the shell turns yours into the case you recognize from thirty feet back, and it makes it a lot less likely that another traveler walks off with your bag by mistake.
The sticker arrives in three layers: a paper backing, the printed design, and a clear top film. You peel the backing, place the design on the shell, rub it down, and peel the clear film off. What stays behind is the print itself, thin enough that it reads as part of the case instead of something stuck on it.
People order these for travel crews and sports teams, for company cases that go out with a logo on them, for graduation and wedding gifts, and for kids who need to find their own bag at the airport. Same material as the rest of our UV DTF stickers, cut to whatever length you need.
Which Suitcases These Work On
UV DTF bonds to a hard, smooth surface and to nothing else. On luggage that line is easy to draw, and it is the one thing to check before you order.
Hard shell luggage, yes
- Polycarbonate shells. The material most spinner suitcases are built from.
- ABS and hard plastic. Hard sided carry ons, cases, plastic trunks and bins.
- Aluminum and metal panels, as long as the panel is smooth.
- Any flat, hard, smooth area large enough for the design to sit inside.
Soft luggage, no
- Fabric, nylon and canvas bags. Duffels, backpacks and soft sided spinners give the adhesive nothing hard to grab, so it will not hold. A fabric bag needs a heat pressed DTF transfer instead.
- Heavily textured shells. Deep grain, rough finishes and pebbled plastic leave air trapped under the film and the edges lift.
- Straps, zipper panels, handles, wheels and anything else that bends or flexes.
Ribbed shells, read this first
- Plenty of hard cases have ridges or deep grooves running across the shell. The sticker has to sit on a flat area, not bridged over a groove.
- Measure the flat band between two ridges and pick a size that fits inside it. That measurement decides your design, not the other way around.
- Run a fingernail across the panel. If you feel it catching on grain or ribs, move to a flatter spot or go smaller.
- Not sure? Order the 6 inch length at $9.00 and test it on the exact case first.

Sizes and Pricing
Every sheet is 22 inches wide and you buy the length. A 1 foot order gives you a 22 by 12 inch printed area to fill, so one large graphic and a dozen smaller stickers for a whole set of bags cost the same. Send us the artwork and we lay it out for you.
| Length | Price | Length | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| 6" | $9.00 | 5 ft (60") | $54.00 |
| 1 ft (12") | $10.80 | 6 ft (72") | $64.80 |
| 2 ft (24") | $21.60 | 8 ft (96") | $86.40 |
| 3 ft (36") | $32.40 | 10 ft (120") | $108.00 |
| 4 ft (48") | $43.20 | No minimum order | |
From one foot up the rate is $10.80 per foot, so the cost per sticker keeps dropping the more you fit on a sheet. The 6 inch length at $9.00 is the smallest order we sell and the cheapest way to test the material on your own suitcase before you commit to a set.

How to Apply a Luggage Sticker
Pick the spot before you peel anything. A flat panel on the face or the back of the shell, away from the corners and the edges, is where the sticker sits flattest and takes the least abuse. On a ribbed case, keep the whole design inside one flat band between the grooves.
Wipe the panel with rubbing alcohol and let it dry completely. Suitcase shells carry hand oil, airport grime and residue from old tape, and any of it under the film turns into a bubble later.
Peel the white paper backing off. The design stays on the clear top film. Do not touch the adhesive with your fingers.
Line the design up before it makes contact. Once it touches the shell it is down for good and it does not reposition.
Press from the center out with your thumb or a squeegee, pushing the air ahead of you toward the edges. Go over every edge a second time.
Peel the clear top film off slowly, at a sharp angle. If part of the design lifts with it, lay it back down, rub that spot again, and keep going.
Give it a few hours before the bag gets packed, dragged or checked. The bond keeps building after you apply it.

Applied on a clean, flat, hard panel, the sticker is permanent. It does not peel off on its own, and wiping the case down with a damp cloth and mild soap does not lift it.
Now the honest part. A checked bag gets thrown onto a belt, stacked under other cases, dragged over concrete and pushed through loaders. That is rough treatment for any printed surface. The sticker will not fall off by itself, but a hard scrape along a conveyor can scratch the print or catch an edge and lift a corner. Placing the design on a flat panel and away from the corners of the shell is the best thing you can do about it, since the corners take most of the punishment. A carry on that rides in the cabin comes through far cleaner than a checked case.
Skip abrasive pads and skip solvent cleaners. Those take a print off faster than any airport will. We do not describe these as waterproof, and we do not promise a number of years on a bag that lives in cargo holds.
You can take one off when you want it gone, but it does not come off in one piece. It breaks up as it lifts and leaves adhesive on the shell that you have to clean off. Worth knowing before you decide where it goes.
