Every sheet ships printed, powdered and cured: you press the film onto the garment, let it cool and peel. No weeding, no masking, no cutting.

  • Cold peel — let the transfer cool completely before peeling the film off.
  • Press at 300 to 310°F, 10 to 12 seconds, medium to high pressure.
  • Nylon goes lower: 260 to 265°F for 6 to 8 seconds.

Do you offer volume discounts on bulk DTF transfers?
Yes. Wholesale pricing drops from $0.40 to $0.31 per linear inch as the sheet grows from 30 to 100 feet, which is 11% to 31% below the standard $0.45 rate. There are six tiers and the discount applies automatically at checkout, with no code and no wholesale account.
How much do wholesale DTF transfers cost per square inch?
Wholesale DTF transfers cost $0.0182 per square inch on a 30 foot sheet and $0.0141 per square inch on a 100 foot sheet. Every wholesale tier prices below $0.02 per square inch, which is the usual bulk rate in the market.
How long can a wholesale gang sheet be?
Up to 1,500 inches, which is 125 feet, at 22 inches wide. That is five times the 300 inch cap on our standard gang sheet, so a full production run fits on one film instead of several. Lengths over 125 feet are available by quote.
Are wholesale DTF transfers ready to press?
Yes. Every sheet arrives printed, powdered and cured, with no weeding, masking or cutting. Press at 300 to 310°F for 10 to 12 seconds with medium to high pressure, then let the transfer cool completely before peeling the film. These are cold peel sheets. Nylon presses at 260 to 265°F for 6 to 8 seconds.
Can I order a custom length?
Yes. Type any length from 360 to 1,500 inches and the price updates at its tier rate. A 660 inch sheet, for example, sits in the 50 foot tier at $0.360 per linear inch, so it comes to $237.60. Anything from 1,200 to 1,500 inches prices at the top rate of $0.310 per linear inch. Over 1,500 inches is quoted.
Is there a minimum order or a wholesale account?
No minimum and no account needed. Wholesale pricing is open to everyone and starts at the 30 foot sheet, which is $144.00. You upload artwork, pick a length and check out like any other order.
Does wholesale ship free?
Yes, with a free shipping code. Ground shipping is free on orders over $100 with code GroundFree, and the smallest wholesale sheet is $144.00, so every wholesale order qualifies. 2nd day is free over $300 with code 2ndDayFree, and next day over $500 with code NextDayFree.
