Your artwork is printed on a specialized film — the DTF sheet — and then applied to garments using heat. It stands out for its exceptional adaptability to a wide range of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, and their blends, with outstanding results on both light and dark textiles.

As many as you can fit — mixing different designs on one sheet is the whole point of a gang sheet. There's no fixed number: it depends on the sheet size and the dimensions of each design. Our free online gang sheet builder gives you the best layout and arranges your designs automatically.

You can create a multi-design layout with any design program like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. Set your artboard to be 22 inches wide (the length varies based on how many designs you want to include), set the resolution to 300 DPI and the color mode to RGB, upload your images, adjust each logo to the needed size and replicate as required, then save your layout as a PNG file with a transparent background. For the best print quality, use vector images.

We accept PNG, PDF, SVG, AI and PSD. PNG is our first choice: it handles transparency cleanly and keeps detail without a huge file. AI and SVG are vectors, so they scale to any size without losing sharpness, and PSD works well for layered artwork. Whatever you send, build it at 300 DPI, 22 inches wide, on a transparent background.

Every sheet is 22 inches wide. Length runs from 6 inches to 300 inches (25 feet) on this product, and you pay by the sheet, not by the design. For runs of 30 feet and up, our wholesale sheets drop the price per inch as the sheet grows.

No minimum and no setup fees. The smallest sheet is 22 × 6 inches at $7.19, and you can order a single one. Sheets run from 6 inches up to 300 inches long; past that, our wholesale product starts at 30 feet.

Most orders are printed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Need it today? Same-day printing is a separate product — order before 12 PM ET and your sheet is printed the same business day, with no rush fee.

That depends on what you choose. With Print As Is your file goes straight to the press exactly as uploaded — nothing is checked and nothing is changed. With Artwork Review a printer checks resolution, transparency, hidden pixels, sizing and spacing first, and emails you if something looks off before printing (which can add time). It's a review, not design work.

If we haven't started production yet, you can request changes. However, once the printing process has begun, modifications are no longer possible.

A heat press is what we recommend, and it is what our press settings assume: 300 °F for 10 to 12 seconds with medium-high pressure. A household iron can work for a small design if you press hard and keep the heat steady, but it cannot hold even pressure across a full sheet, so results vary. Our reprint guarantee covers printing defects on our side, not application with an iron.

Pressed correctly, a DTF print holds up past 50 washes without cracking or fading, and keeps a soft hand. Wait 24 hours before the first wash, turn the garment inside out and skip the dryer on high heat.

If a sheet arrives with a printing defect on our side, we reprint it at no cost — just send us a photo and we sort it out. Because every sheet is printed to order from your own artwork, we can't take returns or issue refunds once production has started, so check your file before you approve it.
