Refunds and Reprints

Contact us as soon as possible, as refunds and reprints are only available within 30 days. Refunds are only issued for printing issues that are due to our fault. Refunds or reprints will not be accepted for poor DTF transfer quality due to low resolution or not following pressing instructions. Refunds or reprints for any other reason must be approved by management first.

Pressing Instructions

Heat Press Settings:

  • Temperature: 300°F
  • Pressure: 60 psi (or set to High)
  • Set time for 10 seconds.
  • Position and Press DTF transfer
  • Peel and Repress:
  • Wait for the transfer to cool completely.
  • Peel the transfer sheet off.
  • Repress the design for another 10 seconds to ensure durability.

Artwork Upload Requirements

Please save your artwork or gang sheet in PDF or PNG format to simplify the DTF Transfer printing process. 

How to Upload your Artwork

After exploring our extensive catalog and filling your cart with your favorite designs, it’s time to proceed to checkout.

Account Information: You can either fill out your account information or continue as a guest. However, account holders earn points with every purchase, which can be used for future orders. Join today for free!

Payment Information: Enter your card details to proceed with the payment.

Shipping Information: Select the shipping option that best fits yoiur needs or opt in for our free pick up at our Miami office.

Promotional Code: If you have a promotional code, now is the time to apply it.

Once your payment is completed, you can upload your artwork in one of three ways:

Attach File: You can upload your artwork file directly at the end of the purchase process on our website.

WeTransfer: Send us your artwork via WeTransfer. Make sure to include your order reference number, so we can match your artwork with your order.

Email: Email your artwork to us with the subject line as your order reference number.
