Refunds and Reprints
Refunds or reprints are available only within 45 days of placing the order. Please contact us via email or phone if you encounter any problems. Refunds or reprints are only issued for mistakes made on our end not issues because of poor quality folders. Refunds or reprints for any other reason must be approved by management first.
For DTF Transfers or UV DTF orders, please ensure you followed the artwork upload requirements correctly.
Also check that all details within your shipping address are correct before placing an order. An order confirmation email will be sent after placing an order to confirm all order details.
Double Check your Artwork
While we strive to check all orders for quality control, including ensuring that artwork is vectorized at a high resolution of 300 DPI or higher, we may not catch everything. It is your responsibility to ensure your artwork is properly prepared, as we will print exactly what is sent. We will not reprint orders due to poor artwork quality submitted by the customer. Refunds are only issued for mistakes made on our end.
Customers must thoroughly review their artwork files to ensure all details are correct, including color variations such as brand colors and Pantone shades, before submitting them for printing. Once a file is submitted, no adjustments can be made. If our pre-press team finds a file unprintable, we will contact you for further instructions.
In cases where submitted artwork does not meet our printing requirements due to incorrect format or size, reprinting may be possible at an additional cost, provided you approve the changes. Once a file is approved and in production, no further changes can be made, and no refunds will be given for errors in the initial submission.
