Processing Time
All DTF Transfers are printed and shipped out within 1-3 business days from when order is placed. However, Same day ship and print or Express ship orders are available and always prioritized.
Express ship is same day- Order by 10am EST.
Same day Print and ship- Order by 10am EST
Shipping locations
Our company currently only ships within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Options
● Pick up in-store (1-2 business days) Free.
● UPS Group (4-6 business days) $11.99 Flat Rate
● UPS 3 Day (3 business days) Calculated at checkout.
● UPS 2 days (2 business days) Calculated at checkout.
● UPS 1 day Express (1 business day if ordered by 10 am EST) Calculated at checkout.
Delivery times
May vary depending on the destination and delivery option selected. Please note that our company is not responsible for any delays caused by UPS, delivery destination, weather, holidays or incorrect/ incomplete shipping address information.
If shipping issues arise contact us and we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Delivery Confirmation
Upon delivery, UPS will provide a delivery confirmation that includes the date, time, and location of delivery.
Tracking Number
Your tracking number will be provided to you by email once your item(s) have been shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for the shipping company to activate/update your tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us with your name, email, and order number.
