For the graphics a 22 inch sheet cannot hold
Almost every DTF gang sheet sold online is 22 inches wide, because that is the width of the film roll most shops run. Anything wider has to be split in two and lined up on the garment, which shows. This sheet is 30 inches across, so back prints, all over designs and oversized one piece graphics come out on a single film.
Other shops do offer 30 inches, so the width alone is not the point. What you get here is a 24 hour turnaround and film printed in our own shop in Miami rather than sent out to a third party.

How to press a 30 inch transfer on a standard heat press
Most shops run a 16 by 20 inch press, and a 30 inch transfer does not fit in one shot. It still works, and here is how our customers do it.
Press in sections
Press the first section at 300 to 310°F for 10 to 12 seconds, lift, slide the garment, then press the next section. Overlap each pass by about an inch so no strip is left cold.
Peel after the last pass
Do not peel section by section. Press the whole width first, let it come to the peel temperature you chose, then peel the film in one piece.
Or use a wide press
A 16 by 24 or a 40 by 60 press takes it in one or two passes. If you press wide transfers often, that press pays for itself before the film does.
