In cases where a customer's submitted artwork does not meet our printing requirements due to incorrect format or size, reprinting may be possible at an additional cost if the customer verbally approves it before reprinting. However, once a file has been approved and sent into production, no changes can be made, and no refunds will be provided for incorrect information submitted during the initial review process.
